My house needs major repairs or updates. Will you still buy it?

Absolutely yes.  We have over 12 years of experience in fixing and updating properties.  You can save yourself the hassle and expense of having to fix it up.

I don't need to close quickly. In fact, I can't move until my job transfer date. Will that be a problem?

No.  Since we aren’t actually moving into your property ourselves, we can make the closing date be whatever works best for you.

Is there paperwork? Will everything be in writing?

Absolutely.  You can even have your attorney review the paperwork and assist in the closing.

I’m in foreclosure.  Can you still buy my house?

Yes.  Many times we can close quickly, sometimes extremely quickly, so you can avoid a foreclosure.

What if I owe more on my house than what it’s worth?  Can you still help me?
